This 60 minute session begins utilizing the TRX for standing stretches and balance and as a prop for Yoga postures. We continue with a TRX strength and conditioning practice to strengthen core, arms, legs; truly a full body workout that is adaptable to any individuals abilities and strengths. All necessary gear is provided. Please bring water. Shoes are optional, though if you choose to wear shoes for stability, and traction I recommend a lace-up shoe.
