This 75-minute session begins with standing stretches and balance work using the TRX as both support and prop for yoga postures. The practice then evolves into a TRX strength and conditioning sequence designed to build core stability, arm and leg strength—offering a truly full-body workout.
The session is fully adaptable to all levels, with movements personalized to each individual’s goals, abilities, and strengths. Like yoga, TRX uses body-weight resistance to encourage mindful engagement, improved balance, and a deeper exploration of postures.
