The practice is designed so you do it at your own level, I like the way Lynne assists us so we can be present in our own comfort level. Enjoy this very much.

I saw an ad for this indoor yoga class on facebook. Having never attended a yoga class before and because of my physical limitations, I was nervous, but I wanted to give it a try. Lynne, our instructor, had such a calming voice, and the exercises made me feel relaxed. I did not have to do them to perfection, but every movement was a positive step forward. I loved the class!
